Administrators only
This page is available only to committee members with the admin role. If you need administrative access, contact the committee chair.
Approved emails (registration)
—Any address ending in @atu.edu.iq can register automatically. To let a different address register (e.g. an outside collaborator), add it below — that person can then create an account from the login page with the usual email verification. Removing an address blocks new registrations from it.
People & access
—Grant committee roles (member, chair, admin) or remove them. “Remove all access” returns a person to an ordinary submitter — it does not delete their account or submissions.
Type an email (resolved to the user automatically) or paste a User ID (UUID). Every registered account also appears in the directory below.
Conference organizers
—Visitor-suggested conference-running bodies. Review each, edit its fields if needed, then Approve (auto-added to the C-Finder directory) or Decline — an email with the decision and reason is sent in both cases.
Directory societies — edit names & websites
—Search the built-in C-Finder directory and edit any society's English name, Arabic name, or website. Changes save to the shared database and appear on the public C-Finder immediately. Leave a field blank to keep the original; Reset removes your override.
